I've just updated to iOS10 on two iPhone 6's and an iPad mini 4 and has problems with the Notes app on one of the phones. On the other two devices it works great so far.
But on one iPhone 6 I can open Notes and then it crasches after maybe 3-4 second when syncing. When I toggle airplane mode on it works just fine. It seems to be something with the sync going to ****.
Anyone who has had the same problem and have a fix?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

That didnt work but I tried to reinstall the app and so far it works.
Funny, I was chatting with Apple support and they wanted to recover the entire device and explicit said that I couldnt reinstall the app because it was a part of the operatingsystem.
